SUBJECT:
Approval of the draft Development Proposal for Oaks at Moore's Creek Phase II.
SUMMARY:
At the September 8, 2020 Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency Special Meeting, the board approved staff to enter into negotiations with Stuart & Shelby Development and East to West Development, the top ranked firm, for the development of Oaks at Moore’s Creek Phase II. Staff has reached a point in the negotiations and is prepared to present a draft development proposal for the consideration of the FPRA Board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the proposal and directing staff to proceed with developing a final agreement for Oaks at Moore's Creek Phase II with East to West Development Corporation and Stuart and Shelby, Inc.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
