CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- March 4, 2020 Special Magistrate Ross found Scavello Management LLC responsible for the violations and gave them 30 days to obtain a land clearing permit or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed.
- July 16, 2020 an inspection was made, the violation was not in compliance, the fines began.
- August 10, 2020 received a request for a hearing from Mr. Scavello.
- August 19, 2020 the SM stopped the fines from accruing for 90 days.
- Accrued fines - $3,400.00.
