February 5, 2020 - Special Magistrate Ross found Kimberly Williams-Parker responsible for the violations and gave her 30 days to bring the property into compliance or a fine of $50.00 per day would be assessed.
ACTION DATES:
- March 17, 2020 - Code Officer Debevec issued a 30 day extension.
- April 17, 2020 - Code Officer Debevec issued an additional 60 day extension.
- June 17, 2020 - An inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
- December 29, 2020 - Received request for stopping the fines. She has received information that Rehab Florida is going to repair her property.
- Accrued fines as of $10,140.00 ($40.00 recording fees).
