RECOMMENDATION

In accordance with the Fort Pierce Code of Ordinances, Section 101-23 (4), staff recommends the Planning Board review the request and forward a recommendation to the City Commission for approval of the sale of real property located on Cortez Boulevard, identified by Parcel ID: 2421-500-0060-000-2, MARAVILLA S/D E 73 FT OF W 384 FT OF LOTS 48 AND 50 to Miguel Aguilar of Fort Pierce, Florida.
