Order Determining Violation - November 19, 2019
Notice of Extension of Time - February 27, 2020

ACTION DATES:

1. Special Magistrate Hearing - November 19, 2019 owner was provided 90 days to get a permit or a fine of $100.00 per day may accrue.
2. A Notice of Extension of Time providing a 90 day extension was granted on February 27, 2020.
3. Affidavit of Non-Compliance was issued on August 3, 2020. Fines began on this date.
4. Massey Hearing - September 15, fines stopped for 90 days to allow a pending permit to be issued.  A permit was issued on November 5, 2020, and received it's approved final inspection on February 8, 2021.
5. Affidavit of Compliance was issued on February 9, 2021.  Fines total $4,340.00 including $40.00 in recording fees.
