Public Hearing - PY 2018 & 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
SUMMARY:
The CAPER reports on accomplishments and expenditures for the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). CDBG funded activities include housing rehabilitation, public services for low- and moderate-income households, economic development and public facilities and infrastructure improvements in the City. The PY 2018 CAPER reports on the program from October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019 and the PY 2019 CAPER reports from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020.
Public Comment Period: A draft of the PY 2018 & PY 2019 CAPER reports was available to review from May 19, 2021 to June 9, 2021
