SUBJECT:

Approval of the Development Agreement with Stuart & Shelby Development, Inc. and East to West Development Corporation for Oaks at Moore's Creek Phase II.

SUMMARY:

At the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency Meeting on September 8, 2020, the FPRA Board voted to enter into negotiations with Stuart & Shelby Development, Inc. and East to West Development Corporation, the top ranked firm, for the development of Oaks at Moore's Creek Phase II. On January 13, 2021, the FPRA Board approved a draft development proposal and directed staff to proceed with developing a final agreement. The negotiation has concluded and a final development agreement is being presented for the consideration of the FPRA Board.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the proposed final Oaks at Moore's Creek Phase II Development Agreement with Stuart & Shelby Development, Inc. and East to West Development Corporation.

Deny request to approve the proposed final Oaks at Moore's Creek Phase II Development Agreement with Stuart & Shelby Development, Inc. and East to West Development.
