SUBJECT:
Approval to submit Florida Department of Community Affairs grant application for General Operating Support in the amount up to $150,000 for the Sunrise Theatre.
SUMMARY:
Grant applications are being accepted by the Florida Department of Community Affairs with a submission deadline of June 1, 2021.The grant will afford increased marketing and promotional efforts towards implementing and expanding our ability to present musical and theatrical productions throughout the 2022/23 Season.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve request to submit grant application.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve grant application.
