Approval to provide cost of living adjustments for Teamsters Union and Non-Bargaining Employees for a total cost of $353,545.00 in accordance with a tiered approach.
SUMMARY:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty of funding availability, Teamsters Union and Non-Bargaining employees were not awarded cost of living adjustments on October 1, 2021. It is recommended that Teamsters Union and Non-Bargaining employees be given cost of living adjustments retroactive to April 1, 2021. Attached is a document that gives the breakdown on the tiered increases at a cost of $353,545.
