FINDINGS/ORDER:
January 20, 2021 - Special Magistrate Ross found the owners responsible for the violations and provided ten (10) days to comply or be fined $250.00 per day.
ACTION DATES:
January 20, 2021 - Special Magistrate found the owners in violation
April 13, 2021 - Inspection completed and found Section 125-322(d)(2) - Security Fences complied. All other violations remained. Fines were initiated.
April 13, 2021 - A Massey notice was sent to the owner advising that the property remained out of compliance and that a fine of $250.00 per day was accumulating.
FINES AS OF 5/27/2021 ARE $11,020.00
