RECOMMENDATION
The presented Site Plan, Design Review, Conditional Use, and related new construction adhere to the requirements of the City Land Development Code and guidelines of the City’s Comprehensive Plan pertaining to the requested fueling station activity the subject requests. The requested Site Plan, Design Review, and Conditional Use Applications are consistent with City Code, the Comprehensive Plan, and does not adversely affect the public health, safety, convenience and general welfare; Staff recommends that the City Commission APPROVE the requested applications.
