SUBJECT:

Approval for staff to enter into negotiations with the highest ranked proposer pursuant to review of proposals associated with RFP 2021-027 Means Court Center Multi-Service Community Hub.

SUMMARY:

On May 19, 2021, the FPRA Board approved the recommendation to invite all qualified respondents to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Means Court Center Multi-Service Community Hub. The RPP was issued on April 22, 2021. The FPRA received five (5) responses by the extended deadline of June 22, 2021. 

The evaluation committee met on July 22, 2021 to evaluate the proposals in accordance with the information detailed in Section II - Statement of Work, page 11, and the Evaluation Criteria in Addendum No. 1. The committee reviewed and scored the responses with respect to Proposal Overview, Professional Qualifications & Past Performance Qualifications, Experience, Business Plan, Community Engagement Plan, and Meeting or Exceeding FPRA Goals.
