SUBJECT:
Resolution 21-R37 authorizing the issuance of Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency Redevelopment Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2021, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $26,000,000, and authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
SUMMARY:
Resolution approving the refinancing of FPRA bonds in order to save the City revenue.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve proposed Resolution 21-R37
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission
