SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 21-R43 appointing Rubin Johnson to serve as the District 1 representative on the FPUA Board, filling the unexpired term of Charlie Frank Matthews.
SUMMARY:
Mr. Matthews, serving as the District 1 representative on the FPUA Board, was removed via Resolution 21-R42. Pursuant to City Charter and consistent with Resolution 18-R23, the District 1 representatives are to select a member.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
Appoint another qualified candidate.
