SUBJECT:
Approval of Lease Agreeement with Lincoln Park Mainstreet to occupy space in the Means Court Center.
SUMMARY:
Approval of the lease agreement between the FPRA and the Lincoln Park Mainstreet, Inc. to occupy 1,934 square feet of space on the first-floor of the Means Court Center.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve lease agreement as presented.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
