SUBJECT:
Resolution 21-11 authorizing the sale of 1409 Avenue J to the successful bidder, Progression Properties, LLC.
SUMMARY:
Staff seeks FPRA Board approval for the sale of 1409 Avenue J, Fort Pierce, to Progression Properties, LLC in the amount of Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($6,200.00) as determined by the FPRA Board to be the highest bid for the Real Property.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve FPRA Resolution 21-11
