CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Repair or replace broken windows.
- Replace improper outlet at stove.
- Repair or replace outlets that are not working properly.
- Install a panel cover.
- A stop work order was issued in 2009 for roof work that was done without a permit. A permit was never issued. Obtain a permit for the roof work.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
