SUBJECT:
Approval of the lease agreement between the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency and Incubate Neighborhood Center to lease and improve Means Court Center.
SUMMARY:
On August 10, 2021, the FPRA Board authorized staff to enter into negotiations with Incubate Neighborhood Center, the highest-ranked responsive proposer to RFP 2021-027, to lease and improve the Means Court Center for utilization as a multi-service community hub.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve lease as presented.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by FPRA Board.
