SUBJECT:
Resolution 21-14 authorizing the sale of 318 North 17th Street to the successful bidder, Brego Construction Corp.
SUMMARY:
Staff seeks FPRA Board approval for the sale of 318 North 17th Street, Fort Pierce, to Brego Construction Corp. in the amount of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000) as determined by the FPRA Board to be the highest bid for the Real Property.
RECOMMENDATION:
