RECOMMENDATION
The requested applications meet the criteria specified in Code Sections 125-157, 125-201, 125-212, 125-313 and 125-314 of the City Code, and the Comprehensive Plan, and does not adversely affect the public health, safety, convenience and general welfare. Staff recommends that the Planning Board recommend Approval of the subject applications for a major amendment to the Planned Development and Site Plan (Development and Design Review) approval.
