SUBJECT:

Approve request to reduce Code Enforcement lien in the amount of $109,780.00, against 521 Douglas Court, Fort Pierce, FL 34950 - Parcel ID Number 2409-501-0091-000/3, owned by 2nd Generation Building Corp, to $2,000.00 to be paid within 60 days.

SUMMARY:

Request by applicant, 2nd Generation Building Corp, to reduce the lien in the amount of $109,780.00 to $0.00.

RECOMMENDATION:

The Special Magistrate, having heard the request of the owner, and testimony of Staff, recommends reducing the lien in the amount of $109,780.00 to $2,000.00 payable in 60 days.
