SUBJECT:
Approval of Change Order No.3 to Florida Floats dba Bellingham Marine for RFP No. 2013-021 in the amount of $44,288.00 pending approval of the City Attorney.
SUMMARY:
The City at the request of Marina Staff has requested that Bellingham Marine modify the dock entry gates for additional security. They have also requested underwater lighting be installed at the entrances to A,B and C docks.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval
ALTERNATIVES:
Not to install the security modifications or underwater lighting.

FISCAL IMPACT:
We will try to seek reimbursement from FEMA for the Security modifications to the entry gates, however the underwater lighting is considered an upgrade and not eligable for reimbursement.
