SUBJECT:

Quasi-Judicial Hearing - Ordinance No. 22-003, Amending and Restating Ordinance No. 20-012 to replace the previously approved conceptual master plan with a site plan for the property generally located at or near 322 North 2nd Street. 

SUMMARY:

Pursuant to Code Sections Sec. 125-157, 125-201, 125-212, 125-313 and 125-314, the applicant is seeking approval for a major amendment to the PD and Site Plan (Development and Design Review) to construct a mixed-use development project on 7.824 acres generally located at 322 North 2nd Street.
 

RECOMMENDATION:

The requested application meets the criteria specified in Code Sections 125-157, 125-201, 125-212, 125-313 and 125-314 of the City Code, and the Comprehensive Plan, and does not adversely affect the public health, safety, convenience and general welfare. Staff recommends that the Planning Board recommend Approval of the subject applications for a major amendment to the Planned Development and Site Plan (Development and Design Review) approval.
