Waiver of interest and penalties in the amount of $437.78 for lot clearing lien totaling $508.31 against 514 N 26th Street, Ft. Pierce, FL previously owned by Lois Mitchell (Est) and Theresa Spears, 2636 SW Ann Arbor Road, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953 and currently owned by Jasmine L. Wimes, 1012 N 22nd Street, Ft. Pierce, FL 34950 in consideration of payment of $70.53 payable in 60 days.
SUMMARY:
Jasmine L. Wimes has submitted a request to waive interest, penalties, and administrative fees in the amount of $437.78 leaving a balance due of $70.53.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends waiving interest, penalties, and administrative fees of $437.78leaving a balance of $70.53 payable in 60 days.
