SUBJECT:
Approve request to reduce Code Enforcement lien in the amount of $13,300.00, against 1810 Tucker Court, Fort Pierce, FL 34950 - Parcel ID Number 2409-712-0009-000/0, owned by Simon Castor, to $1,400.00 to be paid within 60 days.
SUMMARY:
- Case initiated April 2002 against former owner Evodio Mondono.
- Lien filed October 2002 against former owner Evodio Mondono.
- Property purchased by Simon Castor via tax sale deed in 2018.
- Mr. Castor is resolving all liens on his properties to allow for redevelopment.
- Mr. Castor offered $400.00 to resolve lien, which was presented to the Special Magistrate.
RECOMMENDATION:
