CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Plumbing system not properly connected to sewage system. All plumbing fixtures shall be properly connected to either a public sewer system or to an approved private sewage disposal system (IPMC 506.1)
- Plumbing stack, vent, waste and sewer line damaged/unsafe. Every plumbing stack, vent, waste and sewer line shall function properly and be kept free from obstructions, leaks and defects (IPMC 506.2)
- Unsafe Structure. Dangerous to life, health, property or safety of the public (IPMC 108.1.1)
- Structure unfit for human occupancy. Structure is unsafe/unlawful/degree of disrepair and structure is unsanitary/vermin or rat infested/contains filth (IPMC 108.1.3).
- Rear structure has raw sewage on the ground
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
