SUBJECT:
Proposal from Cardno TBE Addressing Contaminated Soil Remediation Work at the H.D. King Site - City Engineer
SUMMARY:
Cardno TBE has completed all work to date with regards to the removal of contaminated soil on the H.D. King Power Plant property. This is a proposal from Cardno TBE for the remediation work to be performed in 2014. The proposal in the amount of $1,334,261.00 will be funded by the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority and from the Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) administered by the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (TCRPC).
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval of Cardno Contract
ALTERNATIVES:
Reject contract and advertise for Request for Proposals.
