SUBJECT:
Resolution 22-R19 reappointing Fran Ross as a Special Magistrate for the City of Fort Pierce.
SUMMARY:
Pursuant to Resolution 19-R27, Ms. Ross' appointment was for an initial term of three (3) years unless sooner terminated or discontinued by the Commission at its discretion, with or without cause, with two 2–year renewal options. This resoluiton exercises the 1st of two renewal options.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 22-R19.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not adopt.
