Approval of a Partial Release of Unity of Title for 100 Misty Lane

SUMMARY:

The owner, SP Place LLC was approved for a 144-unit Multifamily Site Plan (Misty Creek Preserve) in 2020. One of the conditions of approval included a Unity of Title of several parcels. The owner complied with the condition and submitted a Unity of Title. Currently, the owner has been working with St. Lucie County Public Works & Engineering on the proposed Right-of-Way (ROW) dedications in connection with development of its property as required by City Ordinance 20-003. The owner received County approval on the sketch and legal descriptions for the proposed ROW dedications, which will be the attached Exhibit A to the Partial Release. 

The Partial Release of Unity of Title is now requested by the owners of 100 Misty Lane.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the Partial Release of Unity of Title

Disapprove the Partial Release of Unity of Title
