CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Identify the number or letter of individual units.
2. Remove the boards from the windows.
3. Remove or bring in the shingles, boxes, and other loose items from the carport, porches, and yard.
4. Paint the lower boards on the north side of the home.
5. Pressure wash the northwest pillar of the carport, the deck of the middle building and the middle building, if this does not work then paint.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
