CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

1. Please pressure wash and paint where molding, chipping, or deterioration has occurred throughout building and parking lot.
2. Please remove or repair fence where deterioration has occurred. A permit may be required. If you have any questions, please contact the Building Department at (772) 467-3143.
3. Please remove wood panels, concrete blocks, trash, and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed
