SUBJECT:
Approval of Travel Expenses in the amount of $1,086.44 for Commissioner Rufus J. Alexander, III, to attend the 2014 Florida League of Cities' Legislative Action Days which take place April 1 - 2, 2014, in Tallahassee, Florida.
SUMMARY:
The Florida League of Cities' Legislative Action Days will be held in Tallahassee, Florida, on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 1 - 2, 2014. This will enable Commissioner Alexander, the Florida League of Cities Voting Delegate for the City of Fort Pierce, to visit the Capitol for meetings with our local/regional legislators. It will also offer the opportunity to learn the latest on the League's legislative action agenda priorities and other key issues affecting municipalities.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of travel expenses to attend Legislative Action Days.
