October 16, 2013 Special Magistrate Ross found that Custodio & Monica Pereira Jr. was in violation of Section 5-369 and ordered that they secure all openings including all windows and doors in a workmanlike manner and paint all plywood to match the structure within 10 days of the order or be assessed a fine of $100.00 per day until the violation is complied.
ACTION DATES:
- November 5, 2013 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
- January 29, 2014 the Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was recorded.
- February 18, 2015 an inspection was made, the property is now in compliance, the fines stopped.
- June 22, 2015 received request for lien reduction from Mr. Buryanek.
RECOMMENDATION:
The total amount of lien is $47,040.00 ($40.00 recording fees).
