Approve a Comprehensive Plan text Amendment regarding the MXD, Mixed-Use Development designations of the Future Land Use Element. The requested amendment seeks to:
- eliminate the 40% total floor area minimum requirement for residential uses
- reduce the required number of uses from three (3) to two (2)
- modify the open and green space requirements
