CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Replace all missing exterior doors.
- Repair or replace all broken windows and window hardware.
- Working lights must be provided in the kitchen and hallway.
- Repair or replace the heater/furnace.
- Electric on the south half of the house is not working properly. Inspect the electrical system and correct any deficiencies.
- Replace all damaged electric switches.
- Replace all damaged faceplates and ensure they are secured to the wall.
- Install missing smoke alarms.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
