SUBJECT:

Annexation - Millcreek - Parcel ID: 2407-124-0001-000-3

SUMMARY:

The applicant is requesting a voluntary annexation of one (1) parcel at or near approximately 2250 feet west of the northwest corner of Orange Avenue and N 39th Street in Fort Pierce, Florida. The parcel ID is 2407-124-0001-000-3.

RECOMMENDATION:

As proposed, the annexation meets the standards of the City’s Comprehensive Plan, specifically Policy Section 1.11 regarding annexations. Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed annexation along with the Future Land Use designations of RM, Medium Density Residential and the Zoning designation of PD, Planned Development.
