SUBJECT:
Approval of the lease agreement between the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency and the Original Florida Hall of Fame Highwaymen, Inc. to manage and operate the City of Fort Pierce Highwaymen Museum.
SUMMARY:
On August 9, 2022, the FPRA Board authorized staff to enter into negotiations with the Original Florida Hall of Fame Highwaymen, Inc., the only responsive bidder to RFP 2022-021, to manage and operate the City of Florida Highwaymen Museum.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the lease agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA.
