SUBJECT:
Resolution 22-R37 - establishing the conditions to be covered under the Clean & Safe Community Initiative and establishing an expiration date.
SUMMARY:
In accordance with Chapter 103, Article IX, Section 103-343, the City Commission shall establish by resolution the specific conditions to the addressed by the Clean & Safe Community Initiative. Such resolution is required to include an expiration date.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Resolution as submitted.
ALTERNATIVES:
Amend the Resolution.
