IPMC 304.14 Insect screens

Section 26-3 – Storage of commodities
IPMC 304.2 Protective treatment

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

1. Provide proof of valid registration and operability for the fifth wheel camper.
2. Replace screens for the windows.
3. Remove, bring in, or place in a shed the containers, tools, equipment, boards, and other items from the yard and around the outside of the home.
4. Remove items from the open utility trailers and place them in a shed or enclosed facility.
5. Paint the mismatched areas by the back east facing door, the mismatched areas around windows on the east and north sides, and the front door.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $150.00 per day be assessed.
