CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please remove all metal, wood, trash, buckets, coolers, and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
2. Please remove or obtain current registration for all non-operable vehicles on property.
3. Please remove all wooden chairs, stools, and all other indoor furniture located on yard. All indoor furniture must be kept indoors at all times.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $100 per day be assessed.
