SUBJECT:
Approval of First Amended Grant Agreement for Commercial Facade Improvement for 809 Delaware Ave to provide additional time to complete the improvement project with a new deadline of February 26, 2024.
SUMMARY:
The recipient has been granted two extensions by the FPRA Board. The recipient’s new deadline to obtain building permits is February 26, 2023. The recipient shall then complete the project within twelve months after the issuance of the building permits. Completion and/or occupancy of 809 Delaware Avenue shall be achieved by February 26, 2024.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the First Amended Grant Agreement for Commercial Facade Improvement for 809 Delaware Avenue.
