CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Repair or replace the roof.
- The stove is not working. Since this stove has been replaced since the fire, check the electrical system and repair as needed.
- Repair the plumbing system so that the toilet does not back up into the bath tub.
- Some interior walls have substantial cracking. Repair the walls or provide documentation from a certified engineer that the walls are structurally safe.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
