CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Plumbing in the shower has been done without permits. Obtain a permit for the work that has been done.
- Seal all holes and gaps on the inside of the unit.
- Repair or replace the rotten wood on the second floor directly above the bathroom of Unit D.
- The unit is infested with rats and insects. Provide proof of extermination after sealing all holes and gaps.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
