Future Land Use Map Amendment - 33rd Street - 1503 33rd Street

SUMMARY:


Request for review of an application for a Future Land Use Map Amendment of two (2) parcels of land to change the zoning classification from Neighborhood Commercial to General Commercial.
 

RECOMMENDATION:

The requested Application for a Future Land Use Map Amendment (FLUMA) meets the criteria specified in Section 125-136 of the City Code, the Comprehensive Plan, and does not adversely affect the public health, safety, convenience, and general welfare. Therefore, Staff recommends APPROVAL of the proposed FLUMA.

1. Recommend Approval with Conditions
2. Recommend Disapproval
