CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please remove trash, tools, buckets, coolers, ac units and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
2. Please remove all wooden furniture located in front of home. All furniture normally kept indoors must be kept inside at all times.
3. Please pressure wash and paint home where chipping, molding, or deterioration has occurred.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed.
