SUBJECT:

Approval of the Agreement between the City of Fort Pierce and St. Lucie Public Schools for the Student Perks Coffee Cart Program.

SUMMARY:

St. Lucie Public Schools will be operating the Student Perks-Coffee Cart Program at Fort Pierce City Hall. The School District shall be responsible for operating a “coffee cart” to sell such things as coffee, other beverages, pastries and snacks. The coffee cart shall be operated by School District students under the direct and immediate supervision of School District staff.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of the Agreement, which has been approved as to form and correctness by the City Attorney.

ALTERNATIVES:

Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
