SUBJECT:
Resolution 23-R25 Revising the Quasi-Judicial procedures
SUMMARY:
The procedures are being revised to provide for the timing and content of adjacent property owner notices when required by state and local codes in an effort to address concerns raised by the City Commission.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
Adopt with revisions.
