SUBJECT:
Approval of First Addendum to Agreement Between the City of Fort Pierce and St. Lucie County to Exchange Rights of Way and extend the Feasibility Determination Period 120-days.
SUMMARY:
As part of the exchange agreement between the City and County for rights of way in and around the port area, the County has requested an extension of 120-days (June 13, 2023), to conduct additional Phase II Environmental Assessments.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval
