SUMMARY:
Request for review of an application for a Site Plan (Development Review and Design Review) in respect of an amendment to a previously approved site plan to construct an approximately 23,456 square foot single story building expansion and a 4,389 square foot covered awning, connected with the existing use of the property as the Twin Vee manufacturing facility. The parcel is located at 3101 s. US HWY 1.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommendation is for the Planning Board to move the proposed Site Plan (Development Review & Design Review) for approval to City Commission for approval.
