SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 15-R23 - Establishing a formal policy on the restriction of General Fund revenue for Fiscal Year 2016.
SUMMARY:
Resolution No. 15-R23 establishes a fiscal policy for FY2016 that will set aside and hold $600,000 of collected ad valorem tax revenue in the General Fund budget for capital outlay.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Commission adopt Resolution No. 15-R23.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
